Meet Megan (she/her)
I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor, EMDR-trained Therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher and Yoga Teacher—but I am also a hiking boot orthotic-wearing, list-making, toddler-chasing human who firmly believes in the healing power of nature, laughter, and honest connection.
My professional life has been supported by my own journey with meditation,
self-compassion, movement, therapy, and love of camping (as long as someone
else starts the fire). Whether it’s tackling my climate anxiety by joining my
community association to encourage urban reforestation, adding another book to
my emotional support pile, or wondering if I can learn how to play the
instrument I bought 8 years ago by osmosis, I’m always exploring what it means
to be fully human.
